Antique Victorian diamond and ruby ring set in 18ct yellow gold. This pretty ring features a flower of diamonds and a single ruby with a delicate swirl pattern. The ruby has an open back setting allowing light to pass through. The ring is larger in size and could alternatively be styled on a gold chain.
